We use state-of-the-art methods and techniques for your treatment, entirely in line with our holistic approach to treatment.
CAD/CAM technology is currently one of the leading procedures in the production of ceramic restorations. The IDC Mill 5x device used by us and the Exocat software form a highly functional unit in the digital workflow.
CAD/CAM technology, IDC Mill 5x – State-of-the-art computer technology for tooth preservation
With CAD/CAM technology (Computer Aided Design/Computer Aided Manufacturing), the affected teeth are milled to conserve the teeth and then scanned and digitized directly in the mouth using an intraoral scanner. Not only can we spare you the conventional impression, we can also carry out your dental treatment much more gently and quickly.
Your restorations are designed on the computer using the Exocat software. These include inlays, onlays, veneers, crowns, bridges or your customised implant abutments as well as night guards (so-called occlusal splints or bite splints). This is followed by masterly handwork: After digital design and production in a milling process, your metal-free denture is painted with ceramic paints to guarantee a natural and aesthetically pleasing appearance for you that meets the highest demands.
Innovative, non-aggressive, 100 % holistic and metal-free – our services for the optimal care of your teeth
We also place great emphasis in the restoration of ceramics on your health. Milled ceramic restorations are 100 % biocompatible and metal-free – so you rest assured that your new dental prosthesis has anti-allergenic properties.
The high resistance of the ceramic and a perfect custom fit offer a long-lasting and thus tooth-conserving solution for the care of your teeth.
